Lola's Heating Instructions
Thawed or Refrigerated
2–3 PERSON DINNERS
Includes eggplant, chicken parmesan, veal parmesan, and ravioli
- Remove plastic cover and place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
9 MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE
- Stovetop: Meatballs with sauce can be heated on stovetop in a pot at medium heat. Stir occasionally for 15-20
- Oven: Place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
2–3 PERSON CHICKEN ZITI AND BROCCOLI
- There are 2 ways to heat:
- Place chicken, ziti and broccoli in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, stir and serve, or
- Place chicken, ziti and broccoli in a frying pan on stovetop, stir with medium heat for 10 minutes.
Frozen
2–3 PERSON DINNERS
- Loosen cover to allow air–flow, place frozen dinner in a preheated 375 degree oven for 60-80 minutes. Dinners that contain ricotta cheese (lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti and manicotti) will need an additional 10 minutes.
4–6 PERSON FAMILY-SIZE DINNERS
- Loosen cover to allow air flow, place meal in a preheated 375 degree oven for 60-80 minutes. You may want to allow additional time uncovered in oven to remove extra moisture.
- Dishes that contain ricotta cheese will need to be cooked an additional 10 minutes.
8–10 PERSON TRAYS
- Loosen cover to allow air flow, place meal in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. You may want to allow additional time in oven uncovered to remove extra moisture (personal preference).
- Dishes that contain ricotta cheese (lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti and manicotti) need to be cooked an additional 10-15 minutes more.
20–25 PERSON TRAYS
- Loosen cover to allow air flow, place meal in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. You may want to allow additional time in the oven uncovered to remove extra moisture (personal preference)
- Dishes that contain ricotta cheese (lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti and manicotti) need to be cooked an additional 10-15 minutes more.
All items should be heated to 165° internal temperature.
